2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
200g Baby Corn
200g Sugar Snap Peas
1 Sachet Hoisin Sauce (120g)
1. Cook off the Chicken in Coconut oil or Olive oil, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Pour on the Hoisin Sauce and let simmer for a few minutes, whilst your chicken is simmering- boil a pan of water and cook your noodles.
3. Add the Veg and stir for 2-3 minutes. Serve!
