Easy 5 Ingredient Stir Fry


2 Chicken Breasts

1/2 Red Bell Pepper

200g Baby Corn

200g Sugar Snap Peas

200g Noodles

1 Sachet Hoisin Sauce (120g)

1. ย Cook off the Chicken in Coconut oil or Olive oil, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.

2. Pour on the Hoisin Sauce and let simmer for a few minutes, whilst your chicken is simmering- boil a pan of water and cook your noodles.

3. Add the Veg and stir for 2-3 minutes. Serve!
