I have to admit I was really excited to start this challenge. I have always enjoyed the feeling of being upside down and I think it is a pretty cool thing to be able to do; not just because it’s fun but it helps strengthen your muscles too.
After a week of practicing my progress is as follows:
Position: In the middle of the room, with a helpful boyfriend there in case i fall.
Time: Approximately 10 seconds unaided
I am hoping that by the end of this month i will be able to hold a headstand for at least a full minute! I will update you next week!
