To be honest, I am pretty much the same as I was last week on this. I can hold a headstand for around 15 seconds but I still have Sam standing behind me just in case!
Side Note: I did my first run yesterday (and probably my last) it was horrible! How people can do that 3 times a week is beyond me, but ho hum- what works for some eh?
