Meditation Month: Week Four

So, the bad news is that it’s safe to say that Meditation month was pretty much a total fail. However, I won’t give up! I’m going to keep trying and hope I can make it a habit!

Good news, it’s February! Which means a whole new challenge for a new month! This month my challenge is simple: do a headstand. By the end of this month I am determined to be able to hold a headstand without any support from a wall or my boyfriend’s hands.

I know that in my original post I was going to be clay modelling this month- but I haven’t got my hands on any clay and I wanted to try this instead. I will keep you posted each week!
