Houmous is heaven. I have loved houmous since my teacher in primary school once came in with lots of greek food, and made us all try some. It’s the ultimate snack, and a great comfort food. The best part is that it is also healthy!
Serves 2 Prep Time: 10 Mins
- 1 x 400g can Chickpeas (drained)
- 1 large Garlic Clove
- 2tbsp Tahini
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Place all ingredients into a food processor. Blend for 40 seconds- 1 minute, until completely smooth. Taste and add extra garlic/ tahini as needed.
- Garnish with paprika, parsley and chickpeas. Enjoy!
