When you work full time, it can be difficult to stay healthy in the mornings… the distant lure of a bacon barm or some toast might just be too tempting. But there are healthier options which only take minute to make and fill you up until lunch time. This is so simple and a great way to start the day- Yogurt, Berries and Chia Seeds- That’s it!
Yogurt, Berries and Chia Seeds
Serves 1 Prep Time: 5 minutes
What you’ll Need:
- 2-3 Tbsp Naural Yogurt
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 small handful Blueberries
- 5 Strawberries
1.Measure out your yogurt and chia, add into a bowl and mix together. You can leave this for 10 minutes for the chia seeds to soak but you don’t need to!
2. Cut up your strawberries into small slices. Top your yogurt with the fruit and you’re done! As an optional extra, you could also drizzle a little honey over the top!
