The Anxious Blogger Series

Today I want to introduce to you a whole new section of my blog, and hopefully one which will help those of you out there like me with a nervous disposition:

The Anxious Blogger.

This is an idea I came up with whilst I was in the shower one day (all the best decisions happen in the shower), when I realised that there are a hell of a lot of people who are in my position, or at different stages in their journey with anxiety. I thought to myself- I can help. I have been through anxiety since I was 12, and I feel like I have finally gotten myself to a point where I can deal with it effectively and live with my anxiety, without letting it control me.

I’m not by any means saying that I am over my anxiety, because I’m not at all. I still have to deal with my triggers every single day, and I still have days where I need to stay at home alone and curled up in bed under my duvet and watch YouTube videos all day. That’s just how it is.

I spent years of my life receiving advice from well-meaning folk who didn’t have a clue what it’s like living with anxiety, so now I want to use my experiences to help you. As far as I’m concerned it is far better coming from the horse’s mouth, so call me a horse! (Don’t actually, I’m sensitive… ;))

In this series I want to teach you several skills which will enable you to become your own boss, working independently for yourself in a way that makes you happy. The happier you are, the healthier you’ll be- physically and mentally. I’ll be taking you on a journey where I’ll show you how I treated my anxiety, changed my lifestyle and became a much happier person all in all. I just want to point out that I am not an entrepreneur (yet), but that is purely down to my financial situation at present.#elonmusk #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #memes #meme #cash #economy #fun #funny #business #money

But for what knowledge I lack in business, I make up for by the truck load with mental health, trust me. I am learning every day, and I want to take you on this journey with me, so that by the end of this we will both we working from the comfort of our own home, with the freedom most people only dream of.

I feel like it’s every introverts nightmare working in an office, shop or warehouse with lots of other people, so that’s why my ultimate goal is to help you find what you are passionate about and good at; and USE IT.

I will be running this series as blog posts, and eventually a full comprehensive eBook guide. So if you are an introvert who needs some help with your life, stay tuned!

As always, I love you guys, and I look forward to beginning this new chapter with you!

I agree that the best ideas come in the shower 😛 Unfortunately in my case no matter how hard I try to remember them I tend to forget as soon as I leave the bathroom :((
