It’s Good Friday tomorrow, which means that many of us will be having a well earned 4-day weekend. But how can you recharge and reset on a normal day? I have a few ways I want to share with you today of how I relax and pep myself up when I’m feeling low.
Take Time to Myself
The first thing I will do if I am feeling particularly stressed or sad is find a place to be alone for a while. It might only be for 10 minutes- or it could be an hour, but just being on my own away from everything helps me to relax and really listen to my body and mind.
Have Something to Look Forward To
Whether it be a meal out with friends, a cinema trip or a day off work- I always like to make sure I have something to look forward to…
