Everyone knows that redheads are mermaids, so I of course wanted to make the perfect hairstyle for my kind today. This look is so easy to create and is the perfect style for a day at the beach!
What you’ll need:
- hair tie
- comb
- First of all, comb your hair thoroughly and section of the top third of your hair. Braid this section and secure at the end with a hair tie.
- Separate a section of the braid at the top of your head. Take a section of hair from the left hand side of your head and thread it through the gap you just made. Repeat this step again with the same section of hair further down the braid, continue weaving until you reach the end of the braid. Repeat with the rest of the left hand side.
- On the right hand side of your head, repeat exactly the same steps until all of your hair is in the braid.
4. The beauty with this style is it can be as tidy or messy as you like, so feel free to bobby pin stray pieces of hair or pull extra strands out if you need to.
