If you want a filling and healthy meal this week that can be enjoyed even in the hot weather, these Greek chicken wraps are ideal.
Full of protein, vitamins and minerals, these easy wraps make a yummy addition to your week and are cheap to create!
Greek Chicken Wraps
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tarragon
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
Salt and pepper
4 tortilla wraps
60g feta, cubed
12 pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1/4 beef tomato, chopped
100g salad leaves
Houmous, tzatziki and hot sauce
1. In a freezer bag, add chicken, spices, and olive oil and mix until coated. Add chicken breasts into a hot frying pan or griddle pan and don’t move for 4 minutes.
2. Turn chicken and cooked for a further 4 minutes, you can check if the chicken is cooked by cutting into the thickest part.
3. Take chicken out and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into strips.
4. Assemble wraps staring with a spread of Houmous, then your salad leaves, cucumber, tomato, olive and feta. Drizzle some hot sauce if you like, then add a dollop of tzatziki. Add chicken and wrap up!
